"I grew up in Pike County and moved to California 17+ years ago. When I go back to visit, I try to get in a trip to the Mustang II. Of all the 'mom & pop' restaurants back there, this one is my favorite. They can cook, and the place is CLEAN. No fumes from the kitchen. The air is FRESH and you can breathe and enjoy your food. The people who work there are always pleasant. Try any of these: the burger, hot dog w/ coleslaw, home fries, and hot fudge cake."

"Best burger I’ve had in 30 years. Rivals a little place in morehead I ate as a kid. Home cut fries perfect. Chili great. Slaw was the best I’ve had from a restaurant in my life. If you live in pike county Floyd, Johnson, magoffin. Take the trip to Millard try this place"

"The best cheese burgers in Pikeville, Kentucky. Staff is fast and friendly. And everything is hand made and cooked fresh, when ordered. This is not a fancy, smancy restaurant. But for a great cheese burger I would definitely stop here if you're ever in Pikeville, Kentucky."
